Here are a few things to remember regarding payments:
Paying off your mortgage is a big financial milestone. We’ve made it easy for you to complete this process online within a few short steps.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and you can also print a copy of your payment details for your records.
With our new widget in online banking, it’s now easy to pay down your HELOC to a zero balance (keeping the account open) or pay it off entirely (after which we’ll close your HELOC account).
If you want to spend money from your HELOC, use the Transfers function (found under Transfer & Pay) in Patelco Online™ to transfer money from your HELOC into your checking or savings account.

We’ll provide a response within 5 business days of receiving your written inquiry. If the issue requires more than 5 business days to research and resolve, we’ll let you know, and you’ll receive a completed response within 30 days or less.
How to update your policy information with us
Patelco has partnered with a company called Allied Solutions to help us ensure that our Hazard and Flood Insurance records for Home Loan holders remain current.
You may receive a letter from Patelco requesting a copy of your insurance policy. If you receive this letter, please make sure that you have adequate dwelling coverage, and that Patelco is listed as the loss payee on your account. In addition, please make sure your Home Loan insurance is equal to replacement value as determined by your insurance carrier.

Your escrow payments, which are collected to cover your homeowner’s insurance and/or property taxes, are not guaranteed to remain the same during the life of your loan. Your homeowner’s insurance and/or property taxes may change from year to year, so your total payment will adjust accordingly when we review your Escrow Account each year.
