Request home loan servicing

Whether you’re a Patelco member or a Title Company, it’s easy to request the mortgage service you need with our online form—just have the loan number and property details ready.

If you’re a member, you can request information regarding your escrow account, insurance, payoffs, taxes, reconveyances, or other assistance.

If you’re a Title Company, you can ask for help with demands, reconveyances, and subordinations.

Mailing a mortgage payment

To send us a mortgage payment by mail, use the following secure address:

Here are a few things to remember regarding payments:

  • Payments must be accompanied by the account number and suffix or your statement coupon.
  • All payments received by mail prior to 5:00 pm PST will be posted the same day.
  • Payments made in person will be processed by close of business according to Branch hours.
  • Only checks or money orders should be sent by mail.
  • We only accept U.S. dollars as payment in our branches.
  • We require certified funds for a payoff of your mortgage loan. Personal checks will be subject to
    hold.

Paying off your mortgage

Paying off your mortgage is a big financial milestone. We’ve made it easy for you to complete this process online within a few short steps.

  1. Log in to Patelco Online™
  2. Hover over Transfer & Pay and select Mortgage Payoff
  3. Select the account you’d like to take the funds from and the mortgage account you’d like to pay off
  4. Review the payoff statement details and then select Submit
  5. Select Confirm Payment

You’ll receive a confirmation email and you can also print a copy of your payment details for your records.

Paying down or paying off your HELOC

With our new widget in online banking, it’s now easy to pay down your HELOC to a zero balance (keeping the account open) or pay it off entirely (after which we’ll close your HELOC account).

  1. Log in to Patelco Online™
  2. Hover over Transfer & Pay and select  Mortgage Payoff
  3. Select your HELOC account and the account you’d like to make a payment from
  4. Choose between paying down your HELOC to $0 or Paying off your HELOC and closing your account
  5. Review the details and then select Submit
  6. Select Confirm Payment

You’ll receive a confirmation email and you can also print a copy of your payment details for your records.

If you want to spend money from your HELOC, use the Transfers function (found under Transfer & Pay) in Patelco Online™ to transfer money from your HELOC into your checking or savings account.

We’ll provide a response within 5 business days of receiving your written inquiry. If the issue requires more than 5 business days to research and resolve, we’ll let you know, and you’ll receive a completed response within 30 days or less.

Keeping your home loan insurance policy information current

How to update your policy information with us

Patelco has partnered with a company called Allied Solutions to help us ensure that our Hazard and Flood Insurance records for Home Loan holders remain current.

You may receive a letter from Patelco requesting a copy of your insurance policy. If you receive this letter, please make sure that you have adequate dwelling coverage, and that Patelco is listed as the loss payee on your account. In addition, please make sure your Home Loan insurance is equal to replacement value as determined by your insurance carrier.

Patelco Credit Union should be listed as the lien holder, PO Box 1707, Carmel, IN 46082.

You can update your insurance information by:

  • Entering your information online at www.myinsuranceinfo.com. Please use control number 7100.
  • Asking your agent to call 800.523.6404 and provide the necessary insurance information to an Allied Solutions representative.
  • Mailing a copy of your insurance policy to Allied Solutions at PO Box 1707, Carmel, IN 46082
  • Faxing a copy of your insurance to 800.713.0260
  • Be sure your insurance policy includes your account number and suffix, the insured property address and/or unit number and your name as listed with your membership
